    Customer Retention Executives

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze customer feedbacks and develop new techniques to ensure customer retention.
    • Gather information about customer complaints.
    • Develop aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
    • Negotiate with customers to renew subscriptions and retain business.
    • Writing and presenting customer behavior reports.
    • Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.
    • Make sales calls to existing and new customers for business growth.
    • Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Customer centric mentality.
    • Background in data analysis and sales.
    • Flexible and willing to work on additional assignments/department initiatives as needed.
    • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with employees at all levels.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Ability to project professionalism over the phone through excellent phone etiquette.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting expectations.
    • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
    • Ability to work flexible schedule as business needs dictate.
    • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, powerpoint)
    • 1 years  previous customer retention experience
    • Ability to work effectively across teams.
    • The ability to multi-task, and work well under pressure with tight timelines
