Your role will focus on retaining our core customer base.
In this role, you will deal directly with our customers to find out what issues they are facing, how we may improve our products or services, and how to retain their business.
Responsibilities
Engage with a list of customers on a daily basis through calls and emails.
Reactivate inactive accounts and monitor customer churn to regain business.
Assist customers in finishing their onboarding process by providing proactive assistance and timely support.
Resolve any issues faced by the customers in collaboration with other teams to ensure successful account reactivation.
Ensure all customer interactions are tracked and updated in the company’s CRM system.
Meet the team’s qualitative and quantitative targets.
