    Customer Relationship Officers - Ikeja

    The Customer Relationship Officers will be responsible for driving loan and credit product sales, acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. The role focuses on identifying prospects, marketing credit facilities, assessing client needs, and building long-term profitable relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Market and promote the company’s credit products to individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
    • Prospect for new clients and maintain an active pipeline for business growth.
    • Conduct credit needs assessment and guide clients through the loan application process.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Conduct preliminary credit analysis and ensure proper documentation for loan applications.
    • Monitor loan repayments and follow up on delinquent accounts.
    • Collaborate with the credit risk and operations teams to ensure smooth disbursement and recovery processes.
    • Prepare and submit periodic marketing and sales reports to management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to enhance sales strategies.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Education: Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or any related field.
    • Experience: 2–5 years in marketing, sales, or credit-related roles (experience in financial services is an advantage).
    • Strong marketing, negotiation, and sales skills.
    • Good understanding of credit processes and risk assessment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
