    Customer Relations Officer

    Position Overview

    • The Customer Relations Officer (CRO) plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention within the laundry company. They serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing assistance throughout the service process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Interact with customers in person, over the phone, or via email to address inquirieprovideinformation about services, and assist with scheduling appointments.
    • Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
    • Receive and process orders from customers, ensuring accurate documentation of customer preferences, special instructions, and delivery details.
    • Coordinate with other departments such as the production team, quality control, and delivery personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
    • Manage appointment of pickups, and deliveries, optimizing routes and time slots to maximize efficiency.
    • Confirm appointments with customers and provide reminders as needed to ensure smooth coordination.
    • Assist customers with billing inquiries, provide price quotes for services, and process payments through card, or electronic transactions.
    • Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile daily sales reports.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to customers based on their needs and preferences.
    • Promote company promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to encourage customer engagement and retention.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience of 2-6 years in customer service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
