Customer Relations Officer at Mainland Group Limited

Job Summary

• The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for managing and strengthening customer relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, addressing customer needs and concerns, and supporting customer retention and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues, seamless service delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer feedback, maintain accurate customer records, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for service improvement and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or related industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
