Job Summary

• We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and results-driven Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
• Follow up with leads and prospective clients to convert enquiries into sales.
• Assist clients throughout the property acquisition process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on customer needs.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve business targets.
• Support client retention and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management abilities.
• Ability to follow up effectively and work with sales targets.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital communication tools.
• Real estate experience is an added advantage.
• Candidates must be proactive, presentable, and willing to learn.
