    Customer Relations Officer (CRO)

    Job Description:

    •  Maintain minimum leads conversion rate of 70%.
    •  Ensure customer satisfaction.
    •  Attend to all enquiries in accordance with HiiT standards.
    •  Monitor the quality of training to ensure compliance with approved methodologies and standards.
    •  Render all business reports required from HIBC.
    •  Any other business related assignment by Management.

    Requirements: First Degree(Bachelors), HND, OND, NCE
