Customer Experience & Sales Executive

- Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
We’re looking for a smart, organized, and customer-driven individual to join our team!

If you love talking to people, closing sales, and keeping things running smoothly, then this role is for you.
- Respond to walk-in & online customers inquiries, messages & complaints quickly, clearly & professionally.
- Actively prospect new customers , Convert leads into sales and follow up with prospective buyers.
- Package orders neatly, ensure accurate order fulfillment and follow up till customer satisfaction.
- Update customers on new arrivals and important store events
- Keep accurate sales and order records.
