Customer Experience Representative

Job Summary
- We are looking for a smart, warm, and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to manage bookings, attend to clients, support front desk operations, and ensure exceptional customer service experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer bookings and appointments.
- Welcome and attend to clients professionally.
- Promote and recommend ORÍKÌ products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Support retail product sales and upselling.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper front desk coordination.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. Degree in a related discipline.
- 2–3 years experience in customer service or customer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
