RESPONSIBILITIES/ DELIVERABLES/OUTCOME
- Weekly Health Check Call
- Trendsetters Engagement via Calls, Emails, SMS
- Inactive Customers Engagement
- Prospective Customers Engagement
- Customer Database Management
- Customer Satisfaction Telephone Survey & Feedback Reporting
- Store support and attend to store enquiries
- Confirmation of store credit usage
- Telemarketing - Communication of ongoing offers/promotions
- Telesales – Conversion to Sales through telephone engagement
- Customer Enquiries Management
- Engaging on Loyalty Program.
