    Customer Experience Manager

    Job Description

    • We are seeking to employ the services of a Customer Experience Manager to oversee the Hospital's Customer Service, Contact Centre and Issue resolution activities.

    Responsibility

    • Ensure that the Hospital's customers (corporate and individual) are happy with the level of service being provided to them across all points (channels) of interaction with the business.

    Requirements

    • Experience serving in a customer service role is a must, and past experience working in the same capacity in a hospital is a plus
    • Candidates who are Warri based.
