    Customer Experience Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond to all customer enquiries via email, social media and other platforms
    • Set up and troubleshoot VPNs
    • Monitor servers and report inconsistencies
    • Act as intermediary between clients and network operators – SenderID approvals, message escalations, etc.
    • Upload DND and ported numbers

    Requirements:

    • B.Sc. in any related field.
    • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
    • Technology background is advantageous
