Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or a related role
• At least 1 year of experience in the FMCG industry
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively
• Certification in Customer Service Management or related fields is an added advantage
• Data-driven mindset with experience in customer analytics
