Customer Care Service.

A luxury fashion house in Lagos Island urgently needs an experienced candidate with good fashion sense to employ as a customer care service . Applicants must be living within the Island and must be able to operate computer very well.

DUTIES:

• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues
• Collect copays and deductible payments
• Maintain and update customer and referral information.

REQUIREMENT:

Qualification: HND/BS.c.

Salary: N120,000 - 150,000 per month.
