Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with school operations(desirable)
