Requirements - Candidates must possess experience in the following; Managing large amounts of incoming calls, Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method/tools, meet customer service team's call handling quotas, hadling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, etc
Remuneration - #50,000 - #60,000 (Gross pay) plus other incentives and bonuses
Preferred Gender - Male
Age Requirements - 22 - 28 years
