    Customer Care Representative

    Job Description

    • Receiving calls, calling and attending to customers needs.
    • Provide customers with needed information and support
    • Make outbound calls
    • Receive inbound calls
    • Utilize computer technology to handle a high volume of calls
    • Send and reply emails and messages.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.

    Salary
    N70,000 Monthly.
