    Customer Care Representative

    Description

    • We are seeking a proactive and service-driven Customer Care Representative to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate is a young, smart, and articulate lady with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • She will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and delivering exceptional customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally through phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases.
    • Track, analyze, and report customer feedback and service performance using Excel.
    • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer concerns to ensure timely resolution.
    • Collaborate with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to enhance service quality.
    • Provide product and service information to customers clearly and confidently.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly customer service reports.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree from a recognized institution.
    • Maximum age: 30 years.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
    • Excellent command of English (oral and written).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office tools.
    • Ability to speak other Nigerian languages is an added advantage.
    • Good interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Gender Preference: Female (for gender balance).

    • A positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
    • Friendly, calm, and professional disposition when dealing with customers.

    Salary
    N110,000 - N150,000 monthly.
