Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information about products or services, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while handling customer interactions.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring satisfactory resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service quality.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
• Identify and communicate trends in customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
• Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences in Lagos.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
