    Customer Care Officer

    Job Summary

    • ‎We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Customer Care Officer to join our team. This role is designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between technical support, proactive sales, and data-driven reporting.
    • ‎The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that every customer interaction is an opportunity to grow the business.

    Major Responsibilities

    • Manage and resolve high volumes of customer inquiries via phone, email, and Live Chat with speed and precision.
    • ‎Proactively identify customer needs during support interactions to cross-sell or up-sell services, directly contributing to monthly sales targets.
    • ‎Track, analyze, and prepare weekly/monthly reports on customer feedback, resolution rates, and sales conversions for management review.
    • ‎Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a premium service experience that aligns with the firm's standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • ‎Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field.
    • ‎Proficiency in CRM tools, Live Chat software (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk), and MS Excel for data reporting.
    • ‎Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to maintain a professional tone under pressure.
    • ‎A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets within a service environment.
    • ‎Must reside in Lagos.
