Role Description
- This is a part-time on-site role for a customer care executive located in Ibadan.
- The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service.
- The customer care executive will also be responsible for communication and sales.
Qualifications
- Customer support and customer service skills
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in sales
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in customer service is a plus
- Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
