    Customer Care Executive

    Role Description

    • This is a part-time on-site role for a customer care executive located in Ibadan.
    • The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service.
    • The customer care executive will also be responsible for communication and sales.

    Qualifications

    • Customer support and customer service skills
    • Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience in sales
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Certification in customer service is a plus
    • Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
