Ensure proper cleaning of all offices and conveniences in the buildings.
Raise material requisitions/issues for outsourced contractor's use on a daily and weekly basis.
Distribution of toiletries to the contractor's staff in all the buildings on daily basis.
Monitor custodian contractor's staff on their daily routine job for satisfactory performance.
Follow up from time to time on daily cleaning activities with the buildings representatives in their respective buildings.
Receive work order and follow up with the requestors to meet work deadline.
Measure floor spaces when needed for work order requests.
Keep proper record of all cleaning activities, materials, machines and tools.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
Trade Test Certificate with a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience or National Diploma in Business Administration or any other related course with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience performing similar role in a well-structured environment.
