Credit Officer at Fort Knox Group

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate loan/credit applications in line with company credit policies.
• Conduct credit analysis, background checks, and verification of customer information.
• Approve, recommend, or decline credit requests based on risk assessment.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare credit reports and maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Identify potential credit risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with sales, finance, and recovery teams to ensure smooth credit operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and guidance on credit-related matters.

Requirements & Qualifications

• ND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in credit analysis, lending, or related roles (fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level roles).
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of credit processes and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
