Credit Controller- Chartered at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to manage receivables, ensure timely debt recovery, and maintain accurate debtor records while supporting overall cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on invoices to ensure timely client payments
• Monitor and follow up on WHT remittances and confirm credit notes on TaxPro portal
• Prepare and update weekly debtor ageing reports
• Maintain accurate credit control and receivables records
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve payment issues

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in credit control or accounts receivable
• Chartered Accountant (completed or close to completion)
• Experience working with an ERP system (Microsoft Navision preferred)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• High attention to detail and good organizational ability
