Job Summary
- We're seeking an experienced Credit and Risk Manager to assess creditworthiness, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate loan applications and assess credit risks
- Develop risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor credit portfolio and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with CBN regulations
- Lead and train junior credit analysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in credit risk management
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of CBN regulations and credit risk management best practices
