Job Summary

• This role is responsible for designing and producing high-quality visual and multimedia content to support marketing efforts, including marketing materials, social media visuals, videos, motion graphics, and photography, to drive brand engagement and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials, including brochures, banners, flyers, and catalogs.
• Create visuals for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Produce and edit videos for product demos, testimonials, and campaigns.
• Develop motion graphics and animations for advertisements and presentations.
• Capture and edit photographs of products, projects, and events.
• Ensure consistent branding across all visual and multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to translate technical concepts into creative content.
• Design trade show and exhibition materials, such as booth layouts and promotional items.
• Research and implement innovative design trends and tools to enhance content.
• Maintain and update Tranos’ brand guidelines for visual consistency.

Competencies and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years professional experience in graphic design and multimedia production, preferably in the engineering or industrial sector.
• Candidates without a degree but with exceptional portfolios and 3+ years of relevant experience
• will also be considered.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of video editing and animation software.
• Understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
