We are in search of a highly creative and motivated Graphic/Creative Designer to join our dynamic team.
As a Graphic/Creative Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on the conceptualization and design of visually appealing graphics and illustrations across various mediums.
Requirements
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs for various marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns, print collateral and more.
Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with client brand guidelines and project objectives.
Execute design projects ensuring high-quality, timely delivery, and adherence to project timelines.
Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities and stay ahead of the curve.
Effectively communicate design concepts, ideas, and rationale incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
Maintain organized file structures and documentation to facilitate efficient workflow and project management.
Apply creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges and find innovative solutions that resonate with target audiences.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience working as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across various mediums.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
Very good background in print-related projects.
Adaptability and willingness to embrace feedback and iterate on designs to achieve client objectives.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and evolving project requirements in a dynamic work environment.
