Job Description: This role requires you to translate client’s briefs into actionable plan that ensures client satisfaction. You are to come up with creative designs communicating information and ideas which gives the agency competitive edge in the industry via proposals which will culminate in landing briefs as presented to clients

Responsibilities

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials

• Responsible for developing content graphics, layouts for illustrations on briefs and assigned tasks 

• Providing creative art works on assigned clients briefs and tasks as required and submitting for approval

• Provide finished relevant art work within designated time line 

• Coordinating and communicating with team members to deliver on assigned task as required

• Provide range of designs and layouts for illustrations within required time line

• Occasional weekend jobs when the need arises 

• Any other duty as assigned by the Managing Director

Requirements

Required Competencies

• Good communication skills with the ability to express ideas.

• Good Organization and persuasive skills

• Good Knowledge of creative/design tool – Photoshop, 3D graphics, etc

• Ability to design and implement creatives using any of the applicable programs.

• Knowledge of website design, and creation.

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing

• A self-starter and result oriented individual.

• A degree in Social Sciences, Arts or related field.
