Creative Executive at 3rdFloor Digital

Responsibilties

• Create and maintain the visual look for all work on respective brands assigned to you, making sure the client's marketing materials are visually engaging and that the selling message is clear.
• Direct the visual elements of the campaign ifit's designing ads, websites, outdoor media, and brochures for an advertising agency on behalf of its clients.
• Ideate with a copywriter to develop concepts for ad campaigns.
• Attend brainstorming sessions with other members of the creative team to develop concepts for a new business presentation.
• Pitch concepts internally to Account team.
• Direct photo shoots and co-direct video shoots.
• Introducing and applying expert art direction to the visual elements of creative projects
• Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns
• Inspiring and motivating the agency’s clients to be creatively progressive, through the application of fresh and inventive visual work
• Taking ownership of the visual elements of creative work for new business pitches
• Uncovering new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaigns.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 4 years experience.
