Creative Director at Pastel

Role Deliverables:

• Make some awesome campaigns across all the channels: digital, social, print, and video!
• Work with the cool marketing and product teams to create solutions that rock and match the business goals and target audience.
• Make sure all the creative stuff follows the brand guidelines, style guides, and design standards.
• Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in the industry to find new ways to engage customers and make the brand stand out.
• Be in charge of the relationships with external agencies and freelancers to make sure everything is delivered on time and on budget.
• Join the meetings with other teams to make sure the creative stuff is connected with all the other areas of the business.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a fintech company or other technology-driven industry.
• A portfolio that demonstrates creative excellence and experience developing and executing successful campaigns across a variety of channels.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for design, technology, and innovation.
