    Creative Director

    Job Role

    Creative Leadership:

    • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
    • Set and maintain high creative standards, ensuring all work aligns with the agency's vision and objectives.
    • Conceptualization and Ideation:
    • Drive the development of innovative and impactful creative concepts that resonate with target audiences.
    • Oversee the ideation process, from brainstorming sessions to final concept selection.

    Campaign Development:

    • Collaborate with account management and strategy teams to develop integrated campaigns that meet client objectives.
    • Ensure creative solutions are aligned with strategic insights and deliver on client KPIs.

    Design Direction:

    • Provide guidance and direction to the design team, ensuring visual elements align with the creative vision.
    • Review and approve creative assets, ensuring they meet quality and brand standards.

    Client Presentations:

    • Lead client presentations, effectively communicating creative concepts and strategies.
    • Articulate the rationale behind creative decisions, addressing client feedback and concerns.

    Trend Analysis and Innovation:

    • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and guide the team in pushing creative boundaries.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
    • 6 years of proven experience in a creative leadership role within an advertising agency or related industry.
    • Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns and projects.
    • Proficient in industry-standard design and creative software.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
