Job Description
We are seeking a new creative designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. We need a designer that will produce graphics that will capture attention on our social media platforms and communicate the right message.

Responsibilities:

• Taking design briefs to understand requirements.
• Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design.
• Designing and producing materials for our Social Media Channels.
• Managing Production of all print pieces from conception to completion.
• Proactively recommend creative communication for marketing proposals.
• Designing and producing materials that support and correspond with marketing program and Sales.
• Developing concepts, graphics and layout for product illustrations, company logos, social media channels and websites.
• Using the appropriate colors and layouts for each designs.
• Working with creative director to produce final designs.
• Creating Images that identity a product or a convey a message.
• Ability to train others.

REQUIIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree or HND or OND
• Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Should be very conversant with all relevant graphics designing tools and software, including CorelDraw and Adobe Suite and other relevant packages (Proficiency with After Effects is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Good team player and ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions.
• A good team player who is extremely smart, efficient and proactive.
• Additional skills in a complementary field such as Social Media Management will be an added advantage
• Excellent IT Skills especially with design and photo-editing software
• An understanding of the latest trends and their roles.
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
