Creative Designer at Candlelight Foundation for Children with Special Needs

We are looking for a talented Creative Designer with expertise in Video Editing and Graphic Design to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Illustrator. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and enhance video content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, and After Effects to create engaging marketing materials, social media content, and promotional videos.
• Design high-quality graphics using Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Illustrator for social media, advertising, and branding purposes.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visually appealing assets that align with brand identity.
• Optimize video and graphic content for various platforms and formats.
• Stay up to date with the latest design and video trends to implement innovative techniques.
• Manage multiple design and video projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in video editing software: CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Strong skills in graphic design tools: Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator.
• Ability to create both static and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Experience with digital content creation for social media, marketing, and branding.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus.
• Experience with 3D design tools is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with video storytelling and script development.
