Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on brainstorming and developing creative concepts for social media.
• Assist with video filming, photography, and behind-the-scenes content capture.
• Edit engaging short-form videos and visual content.
• Manage, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Research trends, hashtags, and growth strategies to boost engagement.
• Coordinate logistics for shoots including props, outfits, and locations.
• Support community management - responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries.
• Provide on-set assistance during live sessions, shoots, and brand collaborations.
• Track content calendars, deadlines, and partnership deliverables.
• Handle light administrative tasks such as emails and scheduling.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for social media, content creation, and pop culture/entertainment.
• Proficient with editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva or similar.
• Strong knowledge of trends and best practices on Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.
• Available for hybrid work - remote tasks + physical presence for shoots in Lekki.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, creative mindset, and wilingness to learn.
