Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience (usually 3+ years) in cost engineering, cost control, or quantity surveying, preferably in engineering or construction sectors.
• Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management.
• Proficiency in cost management software and Excel.
