Our Client, a leader in the Nigeria's Food and Drinks sector seeks to hire Corporate Strategic Head

Report To:  Group Executive Director

Job Descriptions

• Ensure to interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.
• Design and model solutions for customer innovation and experience along with similar initiatives variants.
• Perform with innovation development groups to conduct insights as well as design outputs to their work.
• Design, research, develop, analyze and suggest new marketing concepts as well as strategies.
• Manage team functions and activities for strategic direction.
• Streamline operations, enhance the business experience (Optimize processes), and increase revenue.
• Formulating and prioritizing the portfolio of corporate initiatives to be driven forward;
• Determining strategic projects and business process reengineering.
• Redesigning structures and systems to enhance the business operational agility, capacity and capability.

Qualification And Skills Required

• Candidates must have at least 7 - 10 years of project management and strategy execution experience.
• MBA/MSc in Finance, Strategy, International Business.
• Experience in Market Strategy, Sales, FMCG Innovation
• Experience working with C-Suite
• Candidate must have knowledge of MSc Project Management, Zoom Projects, PRINCE2 and other strategic execution methodologies.
• Candidate must be familiar with Hoshin Kanri (Policy Development), which is essential for strategy input
• candidate must have a good personality, manage people and work with others (Getting things done).
• Candidate must be organized, capable of following up on issues that arise, taking minutes, and meeting deadlines.
