    Corporate Service Manager

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Required to draft and review agreements on behalf of the firm.
    • Required to file applications with statutory bodies on behalf of clients.
    • Liaise with consultants to facilitate the approval of filled applications.
    • Must be able to source for new clients and grow the client base of the firm
    • Research and provide initial drafts for articles, pitches, and client notices.
    • Conduct general research, legal enquiries, and initial grounds for legal opinions.
    • Act as company secretary on behalf of clients.
    • Provide trainings, seminars and workshops as maybe requested by clients.
    • Any other task assigned by the Manager, Corporate Services. 

    REQUIREMENTS

    • First degree in law.
    • At least 8 years Call to the Nigerian Bar.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
    • Membership of other relevant professional bodies (ICSAN, or Compliance Institute) is an added advantage.
    • Completed NYSC.
