    Corporate Legal Officer

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Draft a wide variety of legal agreements.
    • Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, and procedures.
    • Review and draft contracts, agreements, and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
    • Any other corporate legal duties as may be assigned.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of a Law degree
    • 1-2 years post NYSC working experience as a Corporate Legal Officer
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
    • The ability to multitask and be proactive
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills
