    Corporate Finance Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos for a Corporate Finance Manager.
    • The successful candidate will be reporting to the Group Chief Finance Officer (GCFO).
    • The Corporate Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial activities of the Group, focusing on maximizing profitability, managing risks, and ensuring the Group’s financial stability.
    • This role involves financial planning, analysis, capital management, and mergers and acquisitions.
    • The Corporate Finance Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective financial planning and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • While the role is based in Lagos, a combination of in-office presence and remote work is allowed.
    • The Corporate Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial activities of the Group, focusing on maximizing profitability, managing risks, and ensuring the Group’s financial stability.
    • This role involves financial planning, analysis, capital management, and mergers and acquisitions.

    Qualifications

    • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Financial Modeling
    • Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements
    • Experience in Financial Reporting and crafting financial forecasts
    • Solid understanding of corporate finance principles and practices
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Must have Proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial consulting.
    • Strong communication and leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Prior experience in corporate finance roles, mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets is highly desirable
    • HND, Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics or related field
    • Must be a chartered accountant (ACA/ACCA, with at least a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience.
    • Has been involve in capital raise (private equity, Commercial Papers, Developmental funds etc.)
    • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex financial projects.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
