    Corporate Communication & Sustainability Officer

    Role Summary:

    • The Corporate Communication & Sustainability Officer is responsible for driving the organization's corporate reputation, brand positioning and sustainability agenda through the development and execution of integrated brand and ESG initiatives. The role focuses on enhancing stakeholder engagement, managing internal and external communications and delivering impactful CSR and social impact programmes, ensuring alignment with the organization's values, business priorities, and long-term growth objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement integrated CSR, sustainability, branding, and communications initiatives aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
    • Drive the execution and periodic review of CSR programmes, sustainability activities, and brand campaigns to assess effectiveness and impact. Build and manage relationships with community partners, vendors, agencies, internal stakeholders, and other external parties to support corporate initiatives. Plan creative briefs, develop communication content, and coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, corporate gifts, promotional items, and office branding materials.
    • Manage the company's social media presence and support public awareness initiatives that promote the company's products, campaigns, events, announcements, and CSR commitments.
    • Work closely with the marketing, PR, graphics, and other internal teams to drive engagement, storytelling, employee volunteering, and a caring, inclusive culture. Monitor compliance with environmental, social, ethical, and sustainability policies, and support the implementation of relevant management systems, procedures, and internal awareness programmes.
    • Prepare reports, track budgets and spending, evaluate programme outcomes, and provide regular updates to management on CSR, ESG, brand, and communications activities.
    • Attend to other duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Environmental Science, Management, Social Sciences, International Business, or a related discipline.
    • A postgraduate degree or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in branding, communications, CSR, sustainability, public relations, or related functions.
    • Experience in digital marketing, copywriting,
    • stakeholder engagement, programme coordination, and project execution will be an advantage.

    Competencies

    • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Good knowledge of branding, digital marketing, social media management, and copywriting.
    • Good understanding of CSR, sustainability, ESG, and ethical business practices.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
    • Strong planning, organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills.
    • Analytical thinking, initiative, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
    • High level of integrity, adaptability, teamwork, and results orientation.
