Responsibilities:

• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards at all times.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demand during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cook, preferably with expertise in Southern Nigerian cuisine.
• Knowledge of traditional cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles specific to Southern Nigerian dishes.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
