• Plan and prepare nutritious, balanced, and appealing meals in line with dietary standards.
• Demonstrate versatility in preparing both local and international cuisines.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
• Manage inventory, portion control, and timely meal service.
• Collaborate with management to design healthy menu options that promote wellness.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a professional cook or chef.
• Proven ability to prepare healthy and well-balanced meals.
• Knowledge of dietary requirements and food presentation.
• Strong work ethic, discipline and a positive attitude.
