• Must be well versed in continental and or intercontinental meals
• Must be well versed in making light meals and breakfast meals
• Must be capable of preparing small chops
• Must be capable of working under pressure

• Must be neat and tidy
• Must be able to follow laid down recipes
• Must be a fast learner
• Must be capable of following and improving processes.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO with 1 - 2 years work experience.
