Job Summary

• Prepare, cook, and bake food items, meals, and pastries according to approved recipes and standards.
• Ensure all dishes and baked goods meet quality, taste, and presentation requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, baking area, and all workstations.
• Monitor ingredient inventory, report shortages, and ensure proper storage and labeling.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines consistently.
• Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen and baking equipment safely.
• Assist in creating new menu items, recipes, pastries, and seasonal specials.
• Maintain consistency in portion control, taste, and preparation methods.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
• Ensure accurate measurement of ingredients and adherence to standard cooking and baking procedures.
