Cook at Black Hill

Our client is looking for skilled and passionate cooks to join their team in a restolounge. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and visually appealing dishes according to menu specifications. You should be knowledgeable about various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Ensure food preparation and cooking areas are clean and hygienic.
• Monitor food stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Assist with the development of new menu items.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members on food presentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
