Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes as per the hotel’s menu.
• Assist in planning daily menus and determining appropriate food portions.
• Ensure all food is hygienically prepared and attractively presented.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, cooking utensils, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and report needs for fresh ingredients or supplies.
• Adhere to food safety, health, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Help manage food waste and contribute to cost-effective kitchen operations.
• Provide support to the kitchen team during peak hours and special events.
