Continental Chef at Marchforte Home

We are currently seeking two experienced continental chefs to join our team at No 5 Tunde Gabby Street. As a chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a diverse range of continental cuisine to our clients, ensuring a delightful dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute continental menus according to client preferences and company standards
• Prepare and cook continental dishes with precision and creativity, showcasing your expertise in African, European and International cuisines
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards of taste, texture, and visual appeal
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient and organized workflow during service hours
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain freshness and quality of ingredients
• Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef specializing in continental cuisine
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
• Creative flair and passion for exploring and innovating with continental recipes and cooking techniques
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reside within Ogba, Ikeja, Ojodu Berger, Omole, or nearby areas
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
