Content Review Team Lead at Transsnet Financial

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing user-generated content in the review tool and classify it according to policy.
• Responsible for reviewing User profiles and rejecting according to policy
• Provide insights and trends on content reviewed
• Provide feedback and suggestions on review process and workflows
• Provide suggestions for product innovation
• General data entry related tasks.
• The work requires performing basic workflow activities related to content review work (review content, create tasks, follow-up on team progress, etc).
• Staff will be exposed to potentially disturbing content (Abuse, violence) so candidates will need a level of resilience and maturity.
• The work is for one week in the office on the morning shift and home on evening shifts and will require a distinct level of professionalism.

Job Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 1 plus years experience with Content Review Operations processes required
• Demonstrated passion for delivering a positive work attitude, and maintain composure in difficult situations
• Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident in using Microsoft Package (especially Excel)

Willingness to work with sensitive issues, including but not limited to:

• violent and pornographic content, religious and philosophically sensitive issues
• Alcohol, tobacco, weapons, and other potentially offensive products
• Active Social Media presence
• Excellent work pacing (time management) skills, able to work independently
• Attention to detail is essential to ensure the quality of work execution
• Able to work in multiple tools/web browser windows at one time
• Motivated, takes initiative, high energy, and able to manage a team
• Familiar with MS office (mainly excel) for updating progress.
