Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, media-savvy, and detail-oriented Content & PR Associate to help amplify our brand voice across multiple platforms and build strong media and influencer relationships.
• This role is ideal for a skilled communicator who loves travel, has a sharp eye for content trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, story-rich environment.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy:

• Develop compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and website.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and customer interests.
• Conduct destination research and craft engaging travel narratives and guides.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the content calendar.

Public Relations & Media Outreach:

• Support PR campaigns and press outreach to promote brand visibility in travel, lifestyle, and business media.
• Draft press releases, media kits, and pitches tailored to different markets and journalists.
• Help coordinate influencer partnerships, press trips, and media events.
• Monitor media coverage and compile regular PR performance reports.

Brand & Community Engagement:

• Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all channels aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and engage with our community on social media platforms in collaboration with the social media team.
• Support crisis communication planning and rapid response efforts when needed.
