Content Marketing Specialist at Project Growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop email marketing assets, social media assets, and branding materials that reflect the unique voice and identity of each partner.
• Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the respective individual brand guidelines of each partner.
• Email Marketing: Create tailored email campaigns in platforms such as MailChimp and/ or Squarespace.
• Industry Insight: Utilize knowledge and interest in hospitality to create relevant and engaging content
• Visual Translation: Transform creative copy into visually appealing assets using design tools like Canva.
• Brand Voice: Mimic the brand voice of clients in content creation to maintain consistency and authenticity across all channels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless content delivery and effective communication.

• Engaging Content: Consistently produce high-quality, engaging content that effectively communicates the brand's message and resonates with the audience.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all marketing channels and materials.
• Effective Creative Copy: Translate creative copy into effective email campaigns and marketing assets that generate positive results.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in content creation and digital marketing.
• Language Proficiency: Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Email Marketing Experience: Experience using email marketing platforms such as MailChimp is highly desired.
• Content Creation Skills: Proven experience in creating marketing and branding materials, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Design Proficiency: Familiarity with Canva and similar design tools for creating visual content.
• Multitasking and Attention to Detail: Ability to juggle and appropriately prioritize different competing tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Independence: Ability to work independently and creatively, while working with strict parameters and brand guidelines
